Good dealers will share the invoice pricing with you if you make it clear that you have access to it anyway and don't try to completely screw them out of making some money on the deal.
I just ordered an X3 35 fully loaded. I found cars.com and most other websites that had full build options to be pretty accurate with the invoice pricing.
