If they are OEM and as listed for your model, yes the clearance is OK.
You can check for yourself on RealOEM, put in your 7 last digits from your VIN number and look at the wheel options.

I've got a set of 17" winter wheels for my 535i, those will be a tight fit around the brakes, they are the BMW OEM option and listed for the model. I'll probably see the same close fit when I fit them in a few days.
