Although it's probably not a bad idea to have a "sticky" here with all TSB info easily accessible, it may be more trouble than it's worth since Auto MD maintains a on-line list of X3 TSBs that is usually up to date and is easily searchable.
They currently list (17) TSBs for the 2011 X3 models and (1) recall:
