I usually try to avoid parking next to coupes, old cars or big trucks. Touch wood, so far so good. I have seen magnetic strips available in the market for door protections. It not sure if they really protect doors dents from careless people who are not bothered slamming their car doors against other parked cars. I would not like to add any after market molding to my car, it looks so beautiful in its original condition.
