You also won't likely be locked in for the "great deal" you find, if you insist on a 2019 build, as the dealer won't have pricing or any of that info to see what deals they are able to offer.
Is there a reason you want specifically a 2019? It wouldn't make much difference unless it is being LCI'd for 2019 which I doubt it is in the second year.
