Guys I emailed BR-Performance Bruno replied "We work with many tuners in the USA, AMS is also very good, but Enzo might be closer for you."
EnzoPerformance is located in Long Island, I've emailed him and have some info..
There's another forum member I think he has a M4, who's going to Enzo on Thursday.

New Bmw’s require unlocking ecu so it will take some time for me to tune your car. I will have equipment to do unlocking in house sometime this week hopefully. Once Equipment is in hand turn around time for a tune will be 1~2 days. This means the tune is custom tailored to your truck for maximum reliable gains and made in house.
