So far, I've received, and completed (3) different independent survey forms and also received (2) of the BMW follow-up surveys (the ones that your dealer tells you to always answer "10" for each rating), which I never complete because the results are so biased they are completely worthless.

JD power also does longer term (3 years) dependibility studies.
