Try turning the HUD off for a minute and take the revs up hard...
Thanks for the tip, but I've tried that as well. All sorts of combinations even through the manual says it's the dash or the HUD - not trying to get it to show up in both locations.

No worries, we'll see what happens at 2kms if anything. Failing that, dealer will take a look. I had stopped by the dealer yesterday and they're stumped as well.

In the end, didn't buy the vehicle for this feature so won't be losing any sleep lol
