My first BMW (2006 325) came with a nice leather portfolio that fit in the glovebox. My 2012 X3 came with the uSB key--great for loading music on and plugging into the car. This plastic card with my 2013 X3 has me mad--I emailed BMWNA and told them that it sucks.

I should note though, my dealership for both X3s gave me nice gifts. I got a coffee mug and two polo shirts for each purchase.
