Cliff, get the technology package. If you love technology it will keep you entertained. If there is one feature I COULDN'T imagine living WITHOUT it would be the tech package - especially in an urban area. I could not survive in DC without it. Very useful. Having said that, if you do most of your traveling in a small town and never need any extra info, don't get it. The integration with the car is superb and using the dial is infinitely easier than an iPhone or TomTom/whatever. Get the tech package.
I enjoy all of the features you listed, frankly. My car came without only one option - SAP - and I wish I had that one, too. Much nicer wheels.
