The issue then isn't the ZCW and ZMP that you stated earlier
since you can have those together.
The issue is the ZCW and the Driver Assistance Package can't be together.
I guess you can't have cold weather and driver assistance in at the same time. Driver Assistance was the only package I didn't add in my build because I didn't see the need for it and what do you know it worked out for the best because I much rather have the cold weather package where I live than the driver assistance any day
