The IR headphones are £65 each, a bit of a rippoff and I was wondering if anyone knew if you could use 3rd party IR headphones. There are loads on EBAY for a fraction of the cost of the BMW ones. Problems is I can't see if they are compatible or not as I don't know the frequencies used. Most posters seem to to think they will work no problem. I was just wonder if anyone has had experience with the system.
