I have read and searched and am looking for really just answer for one or two questions (am I'm not the most tech-savy).

I have a 2011 X3 with 6NR apps. I currently have a iphone 3gs w/ the cradle and my ipod-music / pandora all come in on the idrive screen and all works well.

I need to upgrade my phone and would like to get the iphone 5. I know the cradle in the USA isn't officially on sale yet but here is my question:

** If I use the provided white Apple cable that goes from the iphone 5 to the armrest USB outlet, can I see my ipod music and Pandora music on the Nav screen and use the idrive controller to control my music?
* I would just rather not use bluetooth and mess with my phone while driving.

I just want to make sure I can see it on screen with album art / playlists, etc...

I don't care about seeing videos or anything like that.
