The wheels will fit and the TPMS(if OEM BMW) should work fine. Do your own research as well but i found that the TPM (Part# 36236781847) is pretty much standard accross the BMW fleet (US did not check Europe) and is listed for E83 and E83LCI X3s. Per realoem wheels are listed as an option for 2010 X3s. I have em on the wifes 08 X3...
