This has been a good car for us, but has now been replaced. 138k miles. Black, black. pano roof.
The car has a long list of little issues on the BMW diminishing functionality curve!
-left rear window doesn't work (right rear already repaired)
-rough running after 10-20 sec of idling (clears up if turned off/on...interweb listed 10 million possible causes, but I never tried to resolve)
-check engine light...code says O2 heater not working
-HVAC selector for floor/defrost/etc doesn't work. something prevents the trap door from moving all the way, and it gets stuck.
-minor front bumper damage from an animal
-brake pad sensor not replaced at last brake replacement
-the driver side seat heater burned a hole in the seat this winter...never made it to the dealer to complain. (right side already failed)
-center console has become jammed closed by loose change.
The good:
factory towing hitch installed
rear springs replaced -both sides
brakes replaced front and rear 2 seasons prior
No rust
new tires 2 seasons prior
