I picked up my car last week but a few days prior to me getting it, I sat down with the finance guy and he mentioned the tire/wheel coverage. I had a few days to think about it. When I picked up the car, it wasn't mentioned again but I brought it up. I actually did get it. I felt that since I'm buying my car and how horrible new York roads can be with the potholes, that it was a good idea. These aren't regular tires, they are run flats which are probably more $.
