I've just ordered a 35d MSport which will go into production in Week 14 (April) and was told that the only changes are a few updates to iDrive - just software tweaks that alter what things are called.
The updated names are as follows apparently:
ZNP Media package - BMW Professional
609 Navigation-system Professional
6AC BMW Emergency call
6AE BMW TeleServices
6AK BMW Online Services
6AM Real Time Traffic Information
6AN Information Plus
6AP Remote Services
6NR BMW Apps interface
I was told that these are the only changes made in April and that there are no external body/hardware changes - he read this info from internal correspondance on his system. This was BMW themselves, not a franchised dealership.
