Suspension is very individual, I've got bad roads around here and I don't find sport sus a problem but I had a 335i before so the difference in suppleness is HUGE.
I've programmed in the onboard computer that when I select SPORTS I can enable the suspension change, or the power change or both. For Sports, I have selected only suspension. On plus, I get both.
