After a far amount of research on sites such as 'tirerack' in the US and 'carbonblack' here in Australia, I have settled on Yokohama H/T-S (Geo G51) as a replacement tyre. Not as an aggressive pattern as the A/T-S, but should do the job.

Thanks for your input here, I also looked at the H/T-S but decided it wasn't agressive enough, I live in the far south west UK and it tends to be mostly 'wet and muddy'.
Runflats are a cost + option in the UK.
My car is being delivered in about 2 weeks time, the Yokohamas have arrived already and look to be a very well made tyre, I'll post as soon I've had chance to try them!
