So guys, I was able to pull it off. My winter setup now consists of:
1Series 261M's
Pirelli Sottozero RFTs 245/50/18's
ECS 12.5mm spacers with extended bolts
I was able to score two pairs of rear 261M's to make a complete set of 8.5" and because they have an offset of et52, the 12.5mm spacers brings them back to the stock offset.
