Same here, I have a 2011 BMW 5 series which had 4 bent (out of round rims) from the factory that was causing a bit of vibration despite road force balancing, etc. BMW really needs to get their act together because there are quite a bit of BMW owners who just purchased their cars and had vibration due to bad tires or rims. This is ridiculous for a luxury brand. Glad to hear that everything is being sorted out properly.
