First of all, you can use sites like realoem.com to do all kinds of part lookups. I'm pretty sure your car is equipped with the M54 engine. You may want to clarify your make/model info since E83 is a chassis designation which covers a variety of models. E.g. 2006 X3 3.0i

Assuming I'm right,
exhaust gasket, 2x part number (PN) 18107502346
bolt is an M10x40, 2x PN 11621427586
nut is a special M10 copper nut, 2x PN 18301737774
Copper is used to prevent the nut from seizing.

Your local BMW may have it all in stock. Auto parts stores should have the gasket available and may have the hardware. If you're stuck going to the local hardware store, try and get stainless steel parts.
