Wow - you have a LOT of spacers on the steerer tube. At least 3.5" more than
most bikes would have.
I haven't checked my 29er fit inside, but I did fit a 54CM cyclocross bike inside yesterday. Like you, I had to remove the seat, but otherwise, it fit nicely.
