i got >7% ( but i was also able to get the 1K off as the grad incentive). I think the trick is to go to a few, get some quotes and email the others and ask them to compete each other.
Another tip: if the MSRP is <50 K the tax rate is 6.3%, otherwise it is 7%, so plz ask the dealership to work on that, That will make a difference of nearly another 5-600 USD.
