Good luck with the customer video portal - great idea - but spare a thought for us that have ordered from the UK (and perhaps other non-US locations).
We have no Track Your BMW feature available for online status updates
. No phone number to call to get the latest update of the production of your car.
Your only option is to contact your dealer who is never at his desk when you call and rarely returns any calls or replies to any emails
.
It would seem Joy is dependent on where you live!
