I am assuming you've tried pushing the menu button on the off chance that she turned it off before she turned off the car the last time and the car is just remmebering that seeting from the last time she drove it? I am not being condescending or anything...just something I might do...

I'd say roll on by the dealer and let 'em deal with it. Even if it was a fuse, there is the question of why did the fuse blow...
