As with all wheel changes there are other things to consider like offset (although the standard E83 wheels do not vary that much from those on the F25.
The part number for the F25 spare wheel is 36116796147 for the wheel only and 36112187043 for the wheel with tire. It is a light alloy wheel, 18" diameter, 4.5" wide with an offset of 1mm.
The E83 spare wheel has part number of 36116758778 for the wheel only (it doesn't seem to be available with a tire). It is steel, 17" diameter, 4" wide with an offset of 18mm.
The E83 wheel may or may not work on the F25 but I certainly wouldn't rely on one without trying it first. I seem to recall that regular 17" wheels do not officially fit the 35 as the latter have larger brakes than the 28. However it seems that some will fit, albeit with very close clearances.
