Hey Noka, just a thought as this happened to me for one of the earlier BIN updates. I entered my last 7 digits for the VIN and nothing happened. Later, by fluke, I happened to press the Enter key after pasting my VIN number in the box and was able to click on the "continue" button and subsequently able to download my BIN file.
So, just for the heck of it, paste your VIN back in and press enter. Worth a minute of your time. I'll bet you get to the next page where you can download it.
By the way, I'm in Toronto, and these updates are available for U.S. & Canadian customers...can't speak to any other world region though, although I don't see why not.
