I go to school at Pepperdine in Malibu. Not a month goes by that I don't see some type of BMW test mule on PCH. Tonight I saw something very intriguing. A caravan of 3 BMW mules. 2 cars and one SUV.
After closer inspection I could tell that the larger car was the new M5, quad exhaust, wide track...typical M
The other two surprised me because I had not heard anything about them.
The other car was a Z4, but it too had quad exhaust and had the full black cladding covering the body work it also looked to have a lower front airdam.
Finally the SUV was an X3, however all the body work was covered up like on the Z4 but I could tell that the front end looked different. X3M?
There were wires hanging everywhere in the cockpits so probably early mules. But I would wager $100 I saw an X3M and Z4M
