The tyres (tires) will fit and being smaller diameter and not as wide will have no problems with rubbing. But as pokerface mentioned you will be running undersized tyres. There will be 22mm - or nearly 1 inch - difference in the rolling diameter of two sizes. This is a variance of -3.2% will result in your speedo (and odometer) reading 3.2% high - ie @ an indicated 60mph you are actually only doing 58mph.

This degree of undersize should be OK but we have had reports over the years of people running 5%-10% undersize tyres resulting in error messages from the X3's xDrive system
