I'm a pretty strong-minded individual but I'm not really interested in picking a fight with the dealer every time I go to get service. Best case its a headache each time... worst case its a legal battle that costs more than the service.
At the end of the day this is a cost - benefit analysis on the personal owner of the vehicle. I personally find it to be too risky.
