I recently purchased a 2004 X3. It's a US car but up here in Canada we prefer KMs over Miles. I'm thinking it should be pretty easy to swap the instrument panel with one from a Canadian X3.

Has anyone ever tried this? Any ideas how to get a new cluster without visiting the stealership?
