Congratulations Prashan. I do agree with you about BMW dealers getting complacent about presentation and finish of their cars. I find one of the worst offenders to be BMW Park Lane and they are the only dealership in the country which is part of BMW and not a franchise. Their finish on used cars is awful!
At least you will be able to get the car to a better standard than your dealer.
I haven't heard of the ceramic coating, but it sounds interesting. I wonder if they can do that on silver?
