The mileage of both is low. The options make a huge difference. Speaking from experience. I owned 6 different BMW models, now I have 4. In the past I had one that had some less options. That particular car - which was excellent - was always every now and then in the garage to upgrade things. Because once you have the car that is less optioned, you will always want more features added, especially if it drives and feels great. Some aftermarket options are really easy to fit and install, whereas others are not so easy and expensive. Plus if you make the wrong choice you can butcher the car (some did). Just get one with the most options possible, lowest mileage if you can and maintenance/repair history.
