Thank you so much for the updates, and your helpful suggestions.
The cars in question are both 2015 X3. The location in question is Seattle.
I would like to add that I am capable to take the risk financially for repairs if it occurs. How would that change the discussion of certified non loaded vs loaded? Basically how likely am I to spend 5K on repairs in the next 3 years if I buy a non certified 2015 X3?

Any ideas where to look for at a better selection? and shipping it in?
