Loaded X3 with more miles vs non loaded with less miles

Hi,

I have been converging on getting a BMW X3 but i have two options here.

1) Certified pre owned X3 35i with 19K miles for 33K
-> only package car has is driver assistance, which adds parking sensors. There are no heated seats, no blind spot.
2) Non certified X3 35i with 35K miles for 34K
-> car has heat package, technology package, driver assistance package. So effectively heads up display, heated seats, blind spot monitor, premium sound etc.

Looking for advice on one vs the other.
Is the more miles BMW a better deal? Is 34K miles pushing the reliability number? Ideally I would like to have the car for 5-6 years. Driving around 10K miles on average in a year. I can pick up learning DIY stuff but would probably want to avoid it for the first 3-4 years.

Thanks,
Ravi
