Received a call from the dealer yesterday. The answer he got from BMW Netherlands was "these systems are not supposed to be used simultaneously". I believe that's not true (to put it mildly).

They also said that the issue is tension in the power train that's released when the hand brake kicks in.

Nevertheless it's still annoying me so I've asked them to test it on another 2.0D auto because i'm 100% sure the phenomenon didn't occur with my 307 wheels. I've paid 75K for this car and it should be perfect.
