I have just returned from a 700 mile weeks holiday in South Wales and averaged 42.9mpg. It is very rare that I achieve anything less than 40mpg. Shocked myself once getting 54.1mpg on a 120 mile round trip albeit I drove like Miss Daisy.
A colleague at work is getting the a Discovery Sport so will be interesting to compare. I still don't like the look of them, saw on on holiday in a carpark and that back end looked hideous
