Interesting.. To each their own - I don't think it looks bad at all. I'm not sure I would have went with the hexagon lights and the sculpting if the rear lights are a little overdone to me but overall I think it's nice. Some reviewers seem to like it and others not, too. For as long as I've owned X3s. , every iteration seems to bring about a sharp divide in opinion of its looks.
I personally like it a lot more than the SQ5. Those trapezoidal lights...... And that nondescript rear.. Ugh... and I did consider it briefly earlier this year.
