If you got the M Sport Brake, probably not but as mentioned below a few times definately try the fit before buying.
When I was looking for a winter package at 1010tires.com after talking to the manager he suggested these 18" RIM was one of the few 18" (definitely the best looking one) that clears the M Sport Brake.
18" is a -1 size (recommended for the winter) as the basic X3 comes with 19" and can be selected for the M40i.
The package below Rims, Tires, TPMS, Mounted, Road Force Balance and delivered (in Canada) was $1725 US
