That would explain the rocker switch in M-sports without DHP, with the chassis settings highlighted and people reporting a difference in feel.

There are only 3 types of suspension for the X3, standard (code 225), sport (code 226) & VDC (code 223). M-sport pack comes as standard code 226, & as no-cost option u can have code 225. If u pay extra then u can get code 223.
There's no in-between for the 3 types.
