I took to the dealership and they said we just need an alignment and replace the front tires, which I did. Again in July 2018 same issue happened and upon further diagnosis, they asked me the replace the front right struts and struts mount which I did. Now again when I took the car for oil change they said you both front tires are worn out inside and again they are asking me replace the front struts again.
Did anyone had this issue previously? I have already spent 3000$ but dealership they are not telling me the root cause for this issue. We are 100% sure that we did hit hard in any pot hole or any curb. Any suggestion with really help. Don’t want to spend more money and again come to same situation.
Sorry to hear this on your 1'st Post and the $Amount your Dealer or should i say Stealer has taken from you.
Being a Non Technical person, hears what I would do.
I would find an Independent Tire and or Suspension Specialist. Tell the Owner or Manager everything and have them look at your concerns, including are the Wheels Aligned and Correct Tires are Fitted.
Pay for their Report and it depends if you still have BMW Warranty where you go from there.
Best of Luck.
