Interesting you should choose Yokohamas. We have a 30d on order for a late August/early September delivery which - for the Australian market - come standard with runflats (Dunlops I believe). With the amount of country driving I do I don't accept the use of runflats and intend to replace the runflats with conventional tyres on delivery.
After a far amount of research on sites such as 'tirerack' in the US and 'carbonblack' here in Australia, I have settled on Yokohama H/T-S (Geo G51) as a replacement tyre. Not as an aggressive pattern as the A/T-S, but should do the job.
