Great list.
I'd add that it would be good to verify the vehicle systems are all working properly; especially HVAC. So run the AC to max and verify it is getting cold (somebody reported their car had not been properly charged).
Also run the defroster on max (some have reported screeching blowers).
Verify the heated seats are working (if equipped)
Verify the seat adjustments all work properly
Make sure you got all the manuals and paperwork.
Operate the windows, sunroof and sunroof cover to full range
Open and close the hood and verify proper adjustment.
Open and close the tailgate to ensure no issues.
Have them show you how to check the oil level
Verify proper coolant level, brake fluid, etc.
Verify proper tire pressure, and the TPMS is properly set up, etc
