M40i finally arrived at dealership after lengthy wait. Scheduled the pickup for Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday it’s getting tint and ppf at a local shop. I intermittently hear stories about not getting CarPlay or connected drive setup properly from the dealer. Or paint not being perfect etc.
I have no doubt I’ll be super excited after technically almost 3mo (took 1mo to get allocation followed by a lil over 6 weeks build/delivery), plus this is my first brand new vehicle, and first vehicle of this class. So to make sure I don’t leave prematurely does anyone have a checklist of things to go over.
Vehicle is as follows (if it matters)
- Phytonic blue
- Tartufo interior w/piano black trim
- 21” 726i wheels
- Ultimate package
Only items left out are the smokers package and hitch I believe.
