Just quoted this price from Dealer for a 2014 - 28i sticker $49,000

$576 a month tax included 8.875 tax rate in NYC
$1538 out of pocket
36/12,000 a year

Seems pretty high. Also quoted $620 a month for similiar lease for a 2015
