Glove Box Repair photos
Apologies for not sharing this earlier, but here are some photos of the repair I ended up doing. I shouldn't have waited so long as it definitely would have been simpler had I taken care of it soon after it started delaminating. The main issue I had was the slight curvature of the door didn't allow me to just place wood braces around to then clamp. I used Gorilla Glue (clear). But it worked great - just took a few extra steps as atarivers indicates.
