I had the same issues around the edges of the glove box door. I used gorilla glue and a few clamps to fix. Gorilla glue says it dries in seconds but I'd leave the clamps on for 30 min or so. The glue also liquifies the foam so make sure you apply it to the plastic materials and not the foam for a good connection.
