All fixed free of charge. Turns out they had fitted the wrong tyre size to the rear 2 wheels and a cheaper brand. All four are now Bridgestone's and ride is much improved.
Of course it will never be an e90 like ride, but it was pretty terrible until the dealer swapped the tyres.
