I basically said I was happy with everything except the navigation system and the reputation BMW has for average reliability.
I also emphasized the fun factor for driving it around.
I found the extended survey section on reliability ridiculous. They're surveying brand new owners- they're not going to receive much negative feedback. I hope they survey me in a couple of years, and then after the warranty expires. |
It's not as bad as you think... they are actually paying you at a rate of $2 per hour!
